i would like us for a moment, to become distracted from the rorschach test that mark has given us, and talk about record library fines.
i’d like to hear what your biggest/longest/most expensive fine from our friends with all the books…
why do i ask?
i was given a $3.75 fine last night, and my wife beat me…. a $4.50….
(one book for me, 3 weeks overdue, 2 for her same distance… not sure why the difference in fine rates…)
Uh, winter storm watch…
I’m excited. Party at Mark’s house, stay until it melts!
I’ve browsed this site a few times, and their collection of games has never failed to amaze me.
Just thought i’d pass that on to all of you. Oh, and the library finally put Dark Tower V into circulation today, so i’ll dig into it tonite and let you all know how it goes.

Dave, heard you liked Drawing of the Three. Any parts that were your favorite? I think the showdown at Balazar’s is probably the high point of that book for me. Wastelands (#3) used to be my favorite of the series, but now it’s my least. so don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t live up to the others. I insist that you continue reading the series though, at least until Wizard and Glass.
