well, although starting on sunday night w/ warnings from my mother up in MN for my safety in TN to be ready for horrendous rainfall and 50+ mph winds in the next day or so, as well as power outages, as well as a call from steven’s mom last night to make sure we had enough food “just incase”, i am glad to report that at least here in middle tennessee we are experiencing another bout of rain that is causing flooding, although most rainfall that lasts more than an hour seems to accomplish that here, a few trees down here and there, but the power is on, the food is plentiful, and the kids got out of school today… “just incase”

i have come to the conclusion after living here for almost four years now that w/ regards to weather in tennessee, this state is like a little kid who wants a cast on their arm like their friend has because their friend gets a lot of attention and this little kid (tennessee) wants that attention too. but this little kid will probably never break a bone in their body so quit trying to make like horrendous weather systems will paralyze you from going to the grocery store.
